About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to schools, institutions, and potential clients to introduce our STEM Kits and other products.
2. Explain product features, pricing, and program benefits to generate interest and convert leads.
3. Follow up with interested leads and close sales deals through calls, emails, or in-person visits.
4. Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and sales activities using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery of products.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for assigned regions.
7. Support marketing campaigns, workshops, and events to promote our educational products.
8. Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
