About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
3. Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and site teams during project execution.
4. Create presentation drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
5. Ensure design compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality of work.
7. Assist in material selection, lighting, and spatial planning.
