About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for Hospital buildings and infrastructure
2.Prepare drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and presentations
3.Integrate sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental considerations
4. Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integrity
5. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, fire safety, and accessibility regulations
6. Support project management teams in estimating budgets, timelines, and materials
7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented accurately
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government bodies.
9. Presentation and Design consideration
10. Knowledge in healthcare industry a plus point
11. Execllent communication skill
