About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Mobile app development (frontend):
1. Design, develop, and maintain Android mobile applications using Kotlin and Java.
2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces.
3. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, and other backend services into the mobile app.
4. Optimize app performance, speed, and responsiveness across different devices and OS versions.
5. Manage version control using Git/GitHub and ensure clean, maintainable code.
B. Backend development (Java):
1. Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java frameworks (Spring Boot/Java EE/Node alternatives if applicable).
2. Create and maintain secure REST APIs for mobile and web integration.
3. Handle database design and management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
4. Implement authentication, data encryption, and security best practices.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade backend systems as required.
6. Deploy and manage backend services on AWS/Google Cloud/VPS servers.
C. Cross-functional:
1. Work closely with the frontend, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration between mobile apps and backend.
2. Participate in product architecture discussions and technical planning.
3. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
4. Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements for performance and maintainability.
5. Take full ownership of assigned projects from development to deployment.
