About the Job
As an Admission Counsellor at Zell Education, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process and helping them make informed decisions about their academic future. Your expertise in English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written) will be essential in effectively communicating with students and addressing their concerns.Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their academic goals and interests.
2. Providing detailed information about the programs offered at Zell Education and helping students choose the right course for their needs.
3. Assisting students with the application process, including filling out forms and gathering necessary documents.
4. Communicating with international students to ensure they meet English proficiency requirements for their chosen program.
5. Collaborating with academic advisors to provide students with accurate information about course requirements and prerequisites.
6. Hosting informational sessions and workshops to educate students about the benefits of studying at Zell Education.
7. Following up with students to provide support throughout the admission process and address any concerns they may have.
