Key responsibilities:A. Property Management:
1. Manage daily property tasks and records
2. Follow legal and safety rules
3. Advertise vacant spaces and find tenants
4. Handle lease agreements and renewals
5. Solve property issues and complaints
B. Tenant Relations:
1. Communicate with tenants clearly
2. Handle requests and complaints
3. Enforce property rules
4. Keep tenants happy and reduce vacancies
5. Manage move-ins and move-outs
C. Financial Tasks:
1. Collect rent and fees on time
2. Track expenses and cash flow
3. Suggest rent changes based on market
4. Pay bills and vendor charges
5. Recommend upgrades to improve value
D. Maintenance & Vendors:
1. Schedule repairs and inspections
2. Work with service providers
3. Keep properties clean and safe
4. Check properties regularly
5. Plan preventive maintenance
E. Reporting:
1. Prepare budgets and monthly reports
2. Share updates on finances and occupancy
3. Suggest ways to improve property and tenant experience
