About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support
1. Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
2. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate with vendors.
3. Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation (both digital and physical).
4. Prepare reports, letters, and administrative documents as required.
5. Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and event arrangements.
2. Human Resources (HR)
1. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and staff databases in Excel.
2. Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
3. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
4. Coordinate onboarding, ID card issuance, and the induction process for new employees.
5. Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and incentive data.
6. Maintain employee files while ensuring confidentiality.
3. Billing & Accounting (Basic – Excel Based)
1. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
2. Track client payments and follow up on pending dues.
3. Record expenses, petty cash, and daily financial transactions in Excel.
4. Assist the accountant with monthly reconciliation and GST/invoice summaries.
5. Prepare simple financial summaries and MIS reports in Excel.
4. Excel & Reporting
1. Use Excel for data entry, maintaining logs, and generating reports.
2. Create and update trackers for HR, billing, and administrative activities.
3. Generate monthly management reports (expenses, leads, salary, etc.).
