About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage the overall Operations and Projects of the academy
2. Maintain HR policies of the Academy
3. Manage scheduling of regular classes as well as new inquiries
4. Proactively propose new activities and projects for the academy
5. Maintain school records and databases accurately and securely
6. Manage any events of the academy and work related to it.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents for the academy.
8. Manage inventory for the academy.
9. Conduct detailed analysis regularly for continuous improvement in operations/projects, along with suggestions for management review.
