About the Job
As an Administration Executive at The Times Sourcing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your expertise in MS-Excel, along with your experience in travel management and office management, will be invaluable in keeping our team organized and productive.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update various Excel spreadsheets to track office expenses, schedules, and other important data.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
3. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in good working order.
4. Assist with organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending out invites, and preparing necessary materials.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
6. Help with onboarding new employees by setting up desks, ordering equipment, and providing necessary training.
7. Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.
