Adisri Publications is seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Executive to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of office activities, vendor coordination, and internal communication.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage daily office operations and general administration activities.
2. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (digital & physical).
3. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
4. Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
5. Manage vendor communication, quotations, and purchase orders.
6. Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative functions.
7. Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, equipment, and records.
8. Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely task completion.
