About the Job
### **Key Responsibilities:**1. Identify and onboard franchise partners, infrastructure providers, and industry collaborators for establishing new training centers
2. Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the presence of Atal Skill Development Training Centers
3. Conduct market research to identify potential locations and assess demand for skill development programs
4. Build relationships with government agencies, corporate partners, and funding bodies for project collaborations
5. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the training center franchise model and attract investors
6. Drive lead generation, conversion, and enrollment strategies to achieve revenue targets
7. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches
8. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance online visibility and brand presence
9. Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, industrial associations, and NGOs to enhance outreach
10. Liaise with government and CSR funding agencies to secure financial support for skill development projects
11. Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and training partners, ensuring operational success
12. Ensure all new centers meet regulatory and operational requirements set by Atal Foundation
13. Provide training and support to franchise partners for smooth onboarding and setup
14. Monitor the performance of newly established centers, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Requirements:
1. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field
2. 3-7 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in education, training, franchising, or skill development sectors
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
5. Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and franchise expansion
6. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and business analytics
7. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
8. Willingness to travel extensively across regions for business expansion
