Are you an organized and efficient administration executive with a flair for effective communication and social media marketing? Do you excel in MS Excel and have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken? If so, The Longevity Lab is looking for someone like you to join our team!Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the founder's office.
2. Manage her day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing client documents, and handling correspondence.
2. Utilize MS Excel to create reports, track finance, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
3. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and engage with her online community.
4. Ensure clear and concise communication with internal teams, external partners, and customers to maintain strong relationships.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and other initiatives to drive growth.
6. Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media platforms, providing excellent customer service and building brand loyalty.
7. Collaborate with and manage internal team members and timelines.
