About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage front desk activities, including welcoming children and parents, answering phone calls, and handling enquiries.
2. Maintain and update child records, appointment schedules, and therapy session logs.
3. Coordinate daily schedules for therapists and manage appointment bookings.
4. Handle documentation such as registration forms, consent letters, and billing.
5. Ensure timely procurement and availability of therapy and office supplies.
6. Assist in organizing parent meetings, workshops, and center events.
7. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a child-friendly atmosphere at the reception and administration areas.
8. Support the therapy team in administrative tasks to ensure seamless therapy sessions.
9. Support the HR and operations team with basic clerical and coordination tasks.
10. Ensure smooth functioning of administrative systems and processes
