About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
2. Oversee maintenance of factory equipment, furniture, and utilities.
3. Maintain inventory of production and delivery schedules.
4. Coordinate with the sales team and production team for distribution.
5. Support production and logistics teams with documentation and communication. Prepare reports on attendance, overtime, and admin expenses.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office, record keeping, and HR processes.
7. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and local authorities as required.
