About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
2. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
3. Handle office inventory, stationery, and vendor coordination.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and courier services.
5. Support in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
6. Assist HR/Admin team in onboarding new employees and maintaining documentation.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of office premises.
8. Coordinate with service providers, maintenance staff, and logistics teams.
9. Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.
10. Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
