About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Academic & Classroom Support:
1. Prepare daily/weekly timetables and update them in the ERP.
2. Maintain student and faculty attendance records.
3. Ensure classroom readiness (utilities like chalk, registers, remotes, etc.).
4. Check classrooms after lectures for cleanliness and readiness.
B. Administrative Operations:
1. Ensure timely branch opening and closing.
2. Manage stationery, study material, and utilities distribution.
3. Maintain petty cash, prepare vouchers, and coordinate with Accounts.
4. Collect fees, deposit them in the bank, and prepare a management report.
5. Enter and update data in ERP with regular reports/statistics.
C. Student & Parent Coordination:
1. Track pending fees and follow up with students/parents.
2. Weekly calls to parents regarding student attendance and performance.
3. Handle walk-in/telephonic inquiries and provide required guidance.
4. Inform students and faculty about timetable changes and revisions.
5. Follow up on absenteeism through calls and SMS.
D. Communication & Reporting:
1. Prepare internal and external reports/statistics as required.
2. Send SMS/email notifications and update in ERP.
3. Collect student feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Handle complaints and report to the Admin Head for resolution.
E. Tests & Evaluation Management:
1. Organize weekly/monthly tests as per the academic schedule.
2. Ensure the correction and timely evaluation of answer sheets.
3. Enter marks in ERP and send performance updates to parents.
4. Coordinate with examiners/reviewers and maintain profile books.
F. Other Responsibilities:
1. Manage issue/return of books and maintain proper records.
2. Assist the Admin Head in policy, process, and system development.
3. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Admin Head/Management.
