About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Accounts Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, payroll processing, statutory filings, and general office administration. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of statutory compliance are essential.Key Responsibilities:
A. Accounting & Finance
1. Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
2. Record and reconcile daily transactions, vouchers, and journal entries
3. Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers
5. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC returns
B. Payroll & Salary Management
1. Calculate and process monthly salaries, deductions, and reimbursements
2. Maintain employee salary records and attendance data
3. Coordinate with HR for leave and payroll inputs
4. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory contributions
C. Administrative Duties
1. Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence
2. Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement
3. Support internal audits and documentation reviews
4. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling logistics
5. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external agencies as needed
