About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business
2. Manage inventory, supply chain, and procurement processes
3. Handle dispatches and packaging of products and follow up with logistics partners to give timely updates to clients regarding their shipment
4. Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure the timely delivery of parcels to the designated locations
5. Keep up-to-date records of inventory
6. Enter product details in Excel regularly and analyze the data
7. Perform monthly reconciliations of all accounts and resolve discrepancies
8. Maintain sales and purchase data
9. Maintain accurate records for sales and purchases and assist external accounting professionals with that data for GST and TDS filing
10. Maintain MIS for sales receivables
