1. Student Guidance: Provide counselling to students regarding academic pathways, study abroad opportunities, universities, and courses aligned with their goals.
2. Personalised Planning: Assist students in creating well-structured and customised study plans.
3. Communication: Maintain effective communication with students and parents, addressing queries and offering timely updates.
4. Documentation & Tracking: Utilise Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms) to organise student data, track progress, and maintain records.
5. Problem Solving: Address student concerns promptly and propose suitable solutions.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a smooth, positive, and efficient counselling experience.
