1) Student Guidance: Provide counseling to students regarding academic pathways, study abroad opportunities, universities, and courses aligned with their goals.
2) Personalized Planning: Assist students in creating well-structured and customized study plans.
3) Communication: Maintain effective communication with students and parents, addressing queries and offering timely updates.
4) Documentation & Tracking: Utilize Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms) to organize student data, track progress, and maintain records.
5) Problem Solving: Address student concerns promptly and propose suitable solutions.
6) Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a smooth, positive, and efficient counseling experience.
