Our 3D animation team works primarily in Blender to deliver high-quality, realistic, and technically sound animations.

The 3D Artist at Dreamfoot will be responsible for creating realistic 3D environments, machinery, human characters, and workplace scenarios for industrial, safety, and corporate animation projects.
This role demands strong technical and artistic skills in Blender, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, visually accurate outputs. By collaborating with animators, clients, and safety consultants, the 3D Artist will play a vital role in delivering clear, impactful visual communication that supports project objectives.

Key responsibilities:

A. 3D Modelling & Environment Creation
1. Create realistic 3D environments, machinery, human characters, and industrial setups using Blender.
2. Model from technical drawings, engineering references, or client-provided assets.
3. Optimize scenes for rendering performance and clarity.
4. Maintain consistency in scale, proportion, and technical accuracy.

B. Animation & Visualization Support
1. Support animation teams by preparing rig-ready assets and clean scene layouts.
2. Collaborate with animators and safety consultants to visualize industrial processes and workplace safety scenarios.
3. Participate in review meetings to understand project briefs and implement feedback efficiently.
4. Apply knowledge of lighting, shading, and rendering to achieve production-quality visuals.

C. Collaboration & Project Execution
1. Work closely with animators, clients, and creative directors to meet project requirements and timelines.
2. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, updates, and client feedback.
3. Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
