About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:Team Building & Leadership:
1. Identify, hire and onboard 10-20 campus ambassadors from your city and nearby cities.
2. Provide training, guidance, and daily support to your team.
Business Development & Outreach:
1. Drive awareness about Bizmail among students, clubs, and college committees.
2. Network with decision-makers in educational institutions to build partnerships.
Sales & Lead Generation:
1. Ensure your team meets daily/weekly lead generation targets.
Event Coordination:
1. Organize and oversee workshops, seminars and promotional events in colleges.
2. Coordinate logistics for events in collaboration with the central Bizmail team.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
1. Monitor your team’s performance and report progress to Bizmail’s management.
2. Gather feedback from team members and campus audiences to improve strategies.
