About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Assist senior merchandisers in daily coordination with buyers and vendors
Follow up on sampling, trims, and fabric developments
Update and maintain Excel trackers for sampling, approvals, and order status
Help prepare T&A (Time & Action) calendars and ensure timely follow-ups
Organize and document incoming samples, swatches, and approvals
Support in preparing cost sheets, PO sheets, and basic order documentation
Assist in daily communication with internal teams (sampling, production, QC)
Handle data entry and digital file management (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Participate in team meetings and help prepare presentation decks
Research trends, reference styles, and assist in moodboard or concept development if required
Support packaging, labeling, and dispatch coordination for sample shipments
Help in maintaining visual boards and merchandising racks in the studio
