About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Edit High-Quality Videos
1. Craft cinematic and engaging videos from raw footage, including travel montages, brand campaigns, event recaps, reels, and YouTube content with smooth transitions, motion graphics, and storytelling flow.
B. Visual Storytelling & Creative Direction
Understand the brand tone and audience to shape each video with a clear narrative, emotional hook, and visual impact—bringing static footage to life through creative edits.
C. Add Visual Effects, Titles & Sound Design
1. Enhance content with modern VFX, color grading, background music, subtitles, sound effects, and on-screen text that elevate the viewer experience and retention.
D. Adapt Content for Multiple Platforms
1. Repurpose long-form content into Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks, ensuring platform-specific pacing, orientation, and style are maintained.
E. Collaborate with the Creative & Marketing Teams
Work closely with content creators, social media managers, and brand leads to understand project goals, delivery timelines, and content performance insights.
F. Stay Updated on Trends & Styles
1. Keep up with current editing trends, transitions, and formats to ensure content feels fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping.
G. Organize and Manage Media Assets
1. Maintain a structured library of footage, edits, and project files for easy access and future use.
