About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Independently create and publish posts, reels, and stories across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
2. Design creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Express- including static posts, carousels, video snippets, and infographics
3. Develop and manage a monthly content calendar focused on brand visibility and engagement
4. Craft engaging copy, captions, and hashtags aligned with our brand voice and tone
5. Track real-time trends and suggest innovative formats (memes, audio trends, reels) for better reach
6. Engage actively with the audience – respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner
7. Monitor analytics (reach, impressions, follower growth) and share weekly performance updates
8. Conduct competitor research and share insights to improve content quality and positioning
9. Identify and connect with micro-influencers, partners, or collaborators who align with our domain
10. Maintain consistency across platforms to ensure visual and messaging alignment
11. Bring energy, ownership, and creativity to every post, campaign, and digital interaction
12. Contribute to building a trusted, relatable, and visible brand online
