Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make structured phone calls to parents and students from different user groups
2. Engage in warm, friendly, and non-pushy conversations to understand their experiences
3. Go beyond surface-level feedback to uncover the deeper reasons behind decisions
4. Document each call with clarity — including user responses, tone, insights, and key takeaways
5. Identify recurring themes and contribute to weekly insight reports
6. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve scripts and strategy
