Our mission is to connect people through meaningful travel experiences.We are looking for enthusiastic trip captain interns who are passionate about travel, people-oriented, and eager to gain real-world experience in leading group trips. As a trip guide intern, you’ll be the face of the company during trips — ensuring smooth execution, managing logistics, and creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for travellers. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills while traveling across exciting destinations with diverse groups of people.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manage group trips assigned by the company.
2. Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and engaging travel experience for all participants.
3. Coordinate with transport providers, hotels, and activity vendors during the trip.
4. Handle on-ground challenges, resolve traveller concerns, and maintain group harmony.
5. Communicate trip details, itineraries, and safety instructions to participants.
6. Create an enthusiastic and friendly environment, encouraging bonding among group members.
7. Capture feedback, stories, and trip highlights to share with the marketing team.
8. Represent the company’s values and maintain professionalism throughout the journey.
