About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and execute field marketing strategies specific to real estate, including open houses and neighborhood activations.
2. Organize property showcases, participate in real estate expos, and represent Unitern at local events to drive interest in our projects.
3. Engage directly with prospective buyers, realtors, and community influencers to communicate property features and investment benefits.
4. Distribute targeted marketing materials and collect feedback to refine messaging and offerings.
5. Collaborate with sales teams to convert field-generated leads into transactions.
6. Identify local market trends, competitive projects, and potential partnerships.
7. Maintain a database of leads from on-ground activities and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
8. Ensure all branding at ground events aligns with Unitern’s standards and guidelines.
