About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Santosh Academy, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting in promoting our services to potential clients. Your fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be essential in reaching a diverse audience. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be a valuable asset in organizing and tracking leads.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce them to our programs and offerings.
2. Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our team.
3. Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
5. Assist in creating and updating call scripts and sales materials.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
7. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve our sales strategies.
