About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and articulate telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for schools, responsible for introducing them to our diverse range of student competitions. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our programs, build relationships with teachers and principals, and motivate them to enroll their students. This is a perfect role for someone with excellent communication skills who is available during school hours and is passionate about contributing to the education sector.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to schools, primarily targeting teachers and principals, during the designated calling window of 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
2. Clearly and confidently explain the details, benefits, and rules of various competitions organized by GEMA.
3. Build rapport with school authorities and address any queries or concerns they may have.
4. Persuade and motivate schools to participate and encourage maximum student involvement.
5. Explain the incentive structure for schools, which is based on student participation numbers.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
7. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for school outreach and participation.
8. Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve outreach strategies.
