About the Internship
Pawzz is looking for a proactive and people-driven candidates to lead and manage a large team of interns while handling the full spectrum of recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leadership, team dynamics, and organizational growth in the social sector. You'll be at the heart of our talent engine- fueling our mission through people.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. End-to-end recruitment: From sourcing sharp minds to onboarding and offboarding with finesse - you own the entire intern lifecycle.
2. Team leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a robust team of 80+ interns toward daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals.
3. Revenue generation: Keep your eyes on the prize - drive your team to consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
4. Weekend execution: Independently plan and execute impactful awareness/fundraising events in your city on weekends.
5. Performance audits & reporting: Track intern performance, strategize improvements, and ensure KPIs are always on your radar.
6. Culture builder: Create a high-energy, accountable, and mission-driven environment where your leadership shapes the impact.
