About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with preparing immigration forms
2. Draft legal documents such as cover letters, affidavits, and declarations
3. Review and organize supporting evidence for applications and petitions
4. Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and recent case decisions
5. Prepare case summaries or client interview notes
6. Help schedule appointments and follow-ups
7. Answer client inquiries under supervision
8. Gather client information and documents (IDs, passports, prior applications, etc.)
