As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in cold calling, client relationship management, recruitment, talent management, MS-Excel, and spoken English proficiency.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their qualifications
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
3. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
4. Support in talent management activities, such as onboarding and training programs
5. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
6. Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in spoken English to ensure a smooth recruitment process
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and successful placements of candidates
