About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals, LinkedIn, and the company career page.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth communication.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Ensure all recruitment-related data, files, and documentation are accurately maintained.
