About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Screening and shortlisting candidate applications from platforms like Internshala and assisting in initial evaluation.
2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews, tracking hiring pipelines, and maintaining recruitment sheets.
3. Communicating with candidates via email and phone regarding updates, onboarding, and feedback.
4. Connecting with interested candidates or interns through calls to clarify details and assist in final conversion.
5. Maintaining regular communication with onboarded interns to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
6. Managing HR documentation, attendance records, and performance tracking sheets.
7. Assisting in daily HR operations, communication, and coordination with the founding team.
