About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage end-to-end logistics for recruitment activities, including on-site and virtual interviews, assessments, and selection events.
2. Process offer letters for interns and full-time hires, maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
3. Work with internal recruitment teams & recruitment partners, to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve processes.
4. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
