About the Internship

Mittal Creations - Microw Trousers company is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition intern to join our team!Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization.
2. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate progress and analyze recruitment metrics.
5. Help create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with orientation programs.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
