About the Internship
About the role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Management Intern/ Trainee to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining hiring operations by managing candidate data, coordinating interviews, and optimizing processes using AI tools for efficiency. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement & Interview Experience
Ensure effective candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Contribute to a best-in-class interview experience through clear communication and timely coordination.
Manage post-interview engagement, including follow-ups and loop-closure communication.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates to ensure smooth scheduling and timely feedback.
Create and maintain stakeholder-specific dashboards to provide real-time visibility into hiring progress.
Interview Scheduling & Execution
Coordinate and schedule interviews across internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize scheduling tools and automation platforms to minimize manual effort and improve turnaround times.
AI-Driven Process Optimization
Leverage AI tools for recruitment automation, interview coordination, and reporting.
Continuously explore AI solutions to enhance time efficiency and data accuracy across TA operations.
Data Management
Ensure accurate and real-time updates in the ATS/CRM platforms.
Organize and manage candidate data in structured formats to support fast decision-making.
Reporting (System-Driven)
Validate and oversee weekly hiring progress reports generated by internal systems.
Support TA Manager with insights derived from automated reports and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA degree in HR & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Internship of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to AI tools and automation technologies to optimize processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
