About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our supplier onboarding initiative in your city. You will work closely with the central team to visit hotels, venues, and event spaces to collect accurate and comprehensive details needed for onboarding them onto our event planning platform.Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit hotels and venues in your assigned area/city.
2. Collect detailed information such as:
3. Meeting room names, dimensions, and capacities
4. Photos of banquet halls, boardrooms, and key facilities
5. Venue amenities, room categories, and dining options
6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the data captured in the given format.
7. Coordinate with the central team for verification and updates.
8. Ensure quality photos and data are uploaded as per onboarding guidelines.
