About the Internship
Role Objective:To plan, create, and execute engaging social media strategies for JR Classes to attract and convert Class 11 & 12 students (Economics, Business Studies, Mathematics, Accounts) into paid online course buyers.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with course promotions, exam seasons, and trending topics.
2. Research student behavior trends on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to tailor content strategy.
3. Plan campaigns targeting board exam preparation, demo classes, and success stories.
4. Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor to produce high-quality posts, reels, and stories.
5. Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that increase engagement and conversions.
6. Ensure brand tone and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.
7. Work with the marketing team to create ad creatives for lead generation and course sales.
8. Suggest targeting parameters based on student demographics, interests, and behaviors.
9. Track ad performance and recommend optimizations.
10. Reply to DMs, comments, and queries within 24 hours.
11. Host polls, quizzes, and live Q&A sessions to boost student interaction.
12. Engage with relevant student groups and communities to promote JR Classes.
13. Monitor analytics for engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.
14. Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
15. Track competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
