Role: Virtual Assistant to Visakh R JKey responsibilities:
1. PMP student pass announcement handling
Trigger: A student announces PMP success in WhatsApp group.
Steps:
Click "Reply Privately"
Send predefined congratulatory message with:
Request to comment and tag Visakh on YouTube video
Explain importance of tagging city/domain groups
Encourage referrals (friends/colleagues)
Ask if they’re added to Visakh's core Telegram/WhatsApp communities. If not, send joining links.
Update Tracker: Mark the student as "Success Acknowledged – Private Message Done" in the master tracker (Google Sheet).
2. Linkedin follow-up tasks
Weekly/Biweekly Activities:
Share latest Visakh posts in:
Domain-specific PMP groups
City-based PMP groups
Telegram/WhatsApp broadcast lists
Monthly:
Create a visual carousel post or video that features 20–30 recent PMP success screenshots.
Write a celebratory caption with:
Gratitude
Highlights of student success
CTA: Ask students to comment and tag peers
Important:
Save LinkedIn post screenshot from each student in a shared Google Slides template — 1 slide per screenshot. This serves as a library for monthly compilation.
3. Lead conversion management
When new lead messages on LinkedIn:
Immediately reply:
“Thank you for reaching out. Please message me on WhatsApp at +91-XXXXXXXXXX for faster response.”
On WhatsApp (New Leads):
Send introduction video
Share latest batch image/poster
Add to lead tracker with date
Follow-up schedule:
Day 3: "Hope you got a chance to go through the video. Happy to help with any questions."
Day 5: Share testimonials or social proof
Day 7: Final follow-up or mark as “Not Interested”
Status Update: Maintain lead pipeline with “New/Warm/Converted/Not Interested” tags in CRM or Google Sheet.
4. Broadcast engagement (Students Who Cleared PMP)
Frequency: Weekly or biweekly
Steps:
Send personal message like:
"Hey [Name], hope you're doing great! If you know someone preparing for PMP, would love your referral. Also sharing one of my new posts—would mean a lot if you can drop a comment”

5. Group value add – job postings
Frequency: Twice a week
Platform: LinkedIn + Naukri
Steps:
Search for relevant job roles using filters:
Keywords: PMP, Project Manager, Agile, etc.
City filter or Domain (IT, Pharma, Construction, etc.)
Format the post neatly:
