About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance Petfolk's online presence and generate brand awareness
2. Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook marketing, to attract and retain a loyal customer base
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly on Facebook, to continuously improve our social media presence
6. Engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our online community to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
7. Assist in the planning and execution of social media contests, promotions, and other initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility
