About the Internship
As a Fundraising Intern – Digital Engagement, you will support our mission exclusively through online outreach. Your main focus will be raising funds using social media platforms, creating engaging content, and mobilizing support for critical causes.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Digital Fundraising Campaigns
1. Plan and execute social media fundraising drives.
2. Use Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms to create visibility and attract donations.
3. Collaborate with influencers or digital creators for campaign amplification.
B. Content Creation & Storytelling
1. Develop visuals, short videos, reels, and posts to tell stories that drive donations.
2. Gather information from field updates (provided) to craft compelling content.
C. Online Donor Engagement
1. Engage with individual donors online, thank supporters, and build long-term digital relationships.
2. Maintain online records of donors, campaigns, and contributions.
D. (Optional/As Needed) Corporate Social Media Outreach
1. Reach out to corporate pages or CSR teams via LinkedIn or email to promote campaigns.
2. Assist in preparing basic pitch decks and proposals under guidance.
