About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with event planning or internal team coordination.
2. Manage daily calendar, meetings, and follow-ups for the reporting manager.
3. Take meeting notes and share action points.
4. Draft, review, and send emails or documents on behalf of the manager.
5. Coordinate external calls, vendor meetings, and client follow-ups.
6. Track important deadlines and ensure timely reminders.
7. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
8. Handle basic office coordination tasks (stationery, pantry, visitor logs).
9. Coordinate travel bookings, reimbursements, and logistics.
10. Ensure meeting rooms are scheduled and set up when needed.
