About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable property options.
2. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
3. Maintain and update the database with client interactions.
4. Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Work closely with the sales team to support closures.
6. Understand the company’s real estate projects, pricing, and features to communicate effectively with clients.
7. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
