About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage promptly with inbound leads from digital campaigns, referrals, events, and offline sources
2. Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person visits as required
3. Understand the prospective client's needs and articulate how we can support them effectively
4. Manage the full lead lifecycle – from first contact to follow-up and conversion
5. Track and update lead status regularly in internal databases
6. Coordinate with consulting and marketing teams to align messaging and tailor outreach
7. Share on-ground insights and client feedback to inform campaign and service strategy
8. Support with scheduling calls, preparing basic materials, and ensuring timely responses
