Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, client engagement, and product promotion for cutting-edge EdTech solutions. The Sales Intern will work closely with the sales team to explore new markets, connect with potential clients, and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in identifying and researching potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and coaching classes.
· Promote NEOD’s range of products such as Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Classroom setups, YouTube & Recording Studios, ICT & Language Labs, Digital eLibraries, Robotics, Coding, and AI Kits and Labs.
· Support the sales team in lead generation through calls, emails, and social media engagement.
· Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
· Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documents.
· Maintain and update CRM records with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
· Work with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events.
· Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and client engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Technology, or related field.
Experience: No prior experience required; a passion for sales and technology in education is preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with EdTech products is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
Internship Details
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Location: [City / Hybrid / Remote]
Stipend: Fixed stipend with performance-based incentives
Work Hours: Flexible, as per project and client requirements
