About the Internship
As a recruitment intern, you will be responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to help us build a strong and diverse team. Your excellent English proficiency (spoken) will be vital in communicating effectively with potential candidates and conducting interviews. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and insights into the recruitment process while working closely with our experienced HR team.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
6. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards and the company website.
7. Support the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
