3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
5. Provide administrative support for recruitment events and initiatives.
6. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
7. Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
