AVSSR INNOVATIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our team!As a Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, develop your interpersonal skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Update and maintain recruitment databases and job postings
4. Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment materials
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
7. Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy and process improvement initiatives
8. Focus on good productivity and be a career and cultural ambassador of AVSSR INNOVATIONS to clients (corporates and candidates)
